Mr. Naphtal has extensive experience in portfolio management and securities trading. He is the co-founder of P/E Investments, and serves as President and Chief Investment Officer.
Ms. Naphtal contributes expertise in the areas of strategic analysis, operations, and macroeconomic research. Ms. Naphtal co-founded P/E Investments in 1995, and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer.
Mr. Souza joined P/E Investments in September 2000. He focuses on the development of quantitative models, serving as portfolio manager, and Co-Head of Research.
Mr. Biner leads global investment solutions efforts for P/E Investments, working with partners in Europe, Asia, Australia and the Middle East. He joined the firm in 2004, bringing understanding of both institutional and retail client needs.
Ms. Cabrera joined P/E Investments in 2004. She oversees Human Resources, serves as global Director of Fun, and leads the same day operations team.
Ms. Luttrell leads P/E's U.S. investment solutions and global client relations efforts. In this role, she coordinates investor outreach, support, and communications.
Ms. Mellem serves as Chief Compliance Officer, contributing expertise from over 20 years of legal and compliance experience.
Ms. Cirillo serves as Chief Legal Counsel, focused on investor onboarding, global registrations, and corporate affairs.
Dr. Bullister leads P/E’s research group, bringing extensive quantitative expertise in the areas of optimization, dynamics and applied mathematics. He has developed applications for the financial, aerospace, and medical industries.
Mr. Souza serves as Chief Technology Officer, focusing on software development and IT administration.
Mr. Hartshorn has been a member of the P/E Investments team since March of 2006 and currently leads the firm’s risk management group.
Ms. Salsman joined P/E Investments in 2009 and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer overseeing corporate, managed account, and fund accounting areas.
